Trips to the Beach and Boston

Nathan had a great weekend with our friend Sara here. Between thundershowers, we enjoyed some great weather that allowed us to go to the beach for the first time. Nathan had a blast with the sand and water.

Here he is with his buddy Sara out in the water:

After a time of intense playing, Nathan got a little tired and so did we:

The next day started out with gorgeous weather, and we started out on the porch.

Then, after a suitable amount of coffee was enjoyed by the adults, we headed into Boston to hang around the duck pond.

Sara showed Nathan how to toss a few stones into the pond, and the ducks thought they were throwing bread!

The park was really beautiful, and Nathan took it all in:

Then Mommy lightened up and let Nathan try lemonade for the first time:

He loved it! Later on, Mommy and Daddy lightened up a lot and Nathan got to have some fish and chips at the No Name Restaurant. Hey we peeled the breading off the fried fish... Too bad no pictures of that part of our outing.
