This post was actually written quite some time ago... We've had a busy September with Betsy back to the routine of classes again. Nathan is enjoying his time in the toddler room at daycare and beginning to say quite a few words. Here goes with our old update.
On Sunday September 7th (at 5:45 AM!) Nathan was 18 months old, and we had a nice long weekend to celebrate. He came home from daycare on Friday with a bit of a cold, and was wiped out; he was so tired that he fell asleep while sitting on the stairs...

By Sunday he was totally over the cold, and had a lot of fun outside with us while we were doing some garden work.

On Monday we went to a farm nearby and did some raspberry and blueberry picking - Nathan loved that as well. He got off to a good start picking raspberries and putting them in the box Betsy was carrying... but soon enough he discovered he could eat them. We picked bluberries next, and that seemed to rest things. Nathan loves bluberries, but chose not to eat any (i.e., he didn't realize he could eat them... but he did eat quite a few later at home).

On another front, Nathan is doing so-so with height (42nd percentile) but is giving all he can to his weight (95th percentile!). He get's to have a nice switch from whole milk to 1% milk, and we'll see if that helps out.
